The Institute of Ghost Science has launched our new website, replacing the previous site with a cleaner and more focused version of our public presence.
We have also published the first version of the IGS terminology standards. This early release is intentionally small, beginning with only a few terms so we can verify usability and functionality before expanding the list. You should expect the list of terms to grow in the coming weeks.
The purpose of the terminology work is to support consistent communication. We want to be clear about what we mean when we use specific words in our work, reports, and discussions.
This is one part of a broader set of IGS initiatives. In the coming weeks and months, we look forward to continuing work on terminology, evidence standards, classification, investigation methods, and education.
We are glad to have the new site online and look forward to sharing more as these projects develop.
